Conflict – It’s Everywhere!

In today’s world, we live under the influence of conflict: We must be engaged in discovering a pathway to a new life yet do this amidst the constant diversions created by social media and our evolutionary landscape.

We build ourselves into traps of all types and sizes until we do not believe we can break free. We criticize others’ choices – and then we turn this negativity on ourselves to defeat our own struggle for happiness.

Freedom from Pressure

We can become our own worst enemy. Because anxiety, depression, and traumatic experiences all result from self-talk – that inner voice that provides a running monologue.

Our ‘self-talk’ combines our conscious thoughts with our unconscious beliefs, biases, and negativity to assimilate a sweeping assertion such as, “I’m a total failure!” And then we are in a trap of our own making.

I can lead you to reduce the pressure from this trap, sometimes as soon as the first half of our first meeting. The reason is that we come together with a mutual job to do: get our emotional immune system working well enough again to calm and cease all the straining (a perhaps more accurate word for stress).

Remembered Wellness

We will begin to use a skill of accessing what some call “remembered wellness.” At the end of the first meeting, you’ll perhaps have several tools for your use that very day – eliminating most nervousness in the first one to three minutes.

Do not attempt to go through your pain alone.

You will not break out of your trap while living in isolation. Even a tiny difference in movement can make all the difference in how you see your life. The freedom from pressure and all the straining may become familiar to you again – and you will have broken free from the trap!

About Me

For many years, I worked with the most serious crime situations imaginable. That’s how healing and helping to extract others from traps became my mission and passion.

These days, I work in many areas related to stress and trauma – such as businesses that go awry, auto crash, torrid experiences when younger, any kind of betrayal with lover, partner, coworker or friend.

Depending on the severity of trauma, our ability to adjust becomes impaired – and we stop moving.

Therapy can help us to start moving again.

A little about my background:

I majored in English (to learn how to communicate effectively), Psychology (to take a close look at human behavior), later obtained my Master of Divinity (to learn about spiritual pathways), and finally my Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy (to learn about Systems – a blend of science and art).

It would be my pleasure to help you escape your personal ‘trap.’ Call me today: (404) 671-9226
